License in 1982.

about $25 million;
by 2005, with his
leadership, the
brokerage earned
more than $179 million
in sales.
In addition to
his TCERDA appointment
as both secretary
and treasurer, Mr.
Murphy serves as
chair to both the
Florida Atlantic
University Advisory
Board of the Treasure
Coast and to the
Florida Commercial
Broker’s Network.
He is a board member
of the National
Association of Realtors,
the Economic Development
Council (EDC), and
Riverside National
Bank (Advisory Board).

service, he is active

Mr. Murphy earned
a real estate degree
from Florida Atlantic
University in 1981.
