Authority Board.
She is a senior
management professional,
university lecturer
and independent
consultant with
over 25 years of
human resources,
public relations,
public speaking,
project planning,
sales, marketing,
financial and human
resource web-based-applications
experience.
Ms. Bachelor honed
her career working
for Fortune 200-500
companies, such
as Primerica, Avon
Products, The New
York Times, and
KPMG Consulting,
specializing in
international business,
financial services,
education, medical
research and development,
manufacturing, consumer
products, specialty
retailing, publishing,
food services, brokerage
and trading services
and health care.
She has also assisted
entrepreneurial
and small businesses
as well as nonprofit
organizations with
human resources,
sales and marketing
endeavors. In addition
to her responsibilities
to the park authority,
she is currently
an Agri-business
management lecturer
and the academic
program marketing
coordinator for
the University of
Florida’s
Indian River Research
and Education Center
(IRREC) in Fort
Pierce. There, she
instructs business
courses available
to UF students at
the local campus,
as well as to those
situated at UF’s
Institute of Food
and Agricultural
Sciences sites located
within five statewide
agricultural regions.
Ms. Bachelor holds
a Master of Business
Administration (MBA)
with honors from
the University of
Kentucky. She earned
a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business
Administration and
Education from the
University of Oklahoma
where she graduated
with honors and
was named a Top
Ten Freshman Woman.
She is also a Myers-Briggs
Certified Instructor
and a graduate of
Leadership St. Lucie
Class 27.
